Use of the service

WHS One is provided to a business and its authorised users. Accounts are individual and must not be shared. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they record in the system.

No legal advice

WHS One helps businesses organise and operate their safety system. It does not determine legal compliance and does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional or regulator.

Fees

Subscription and implementation fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Ending the service

A business may stop using WHS One. Before a workspace is closed we will explain the export, retention and deletion process.
