Help and support
Practical help with access, using WHS One and getting the right support.
Follow the agreed implementation scope, nominate a business contact, gather current workforce, site and equipment information and existing documents, attend the handover, and assign internal owners for ongoing work.
Use your own account and check the email address used for your invitation. Ask your business administrator about access or permissions. Contact support if the issue remains unresolved.
Email your business name, the affected area or page, what you expected, what happened, the time, your device and browser, and a redacted screenshot if useful. Never send passwords or unnecessary personal, medical or incident details. If sensitive information is needed, ask support how to provide it.
Standard product support helps with using WHS One and reporting technical problems. Developing documents, configuring additional workflows, training beyond the agreed handover and ongoing safety management are separate work to scope and agree.
Contact support to discuss a managed export and closure. The export format, retention and deletion process will be explained before closure.
WHS One support is not an emergency service. Follow your workplace emergency procedures. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000. Reporting a problem to support does not notify a regulator.
Send a support email for an existing account, or use the homepage enquiry form to discuss WHS One for your business.
