Privacy policy
WHS One is operated by WHS ONE PTY LTD (ACN 702 655 285). WHS One collects the information a business provides in order to configure and operate its safety system, including user account details, workforce and site information, records, documents and uploaded files.
How we use information
Information is used to provide the WHS One service, support customers and maintain the security and reliability of the platform. We do not sell customer information.
Access and security
Authorised users have individual accounts, role-based permissions control access to workplace records, and access controls keep each business's records separated from other customer workspaces. Multi-factor authentication is required for administrator access. Selected public QR forms can accept configured submissions without requiring the person submitting the form to sign in.
WHS One maintains daily database backups and separate daily encrypted backups of uploaded documents and photos. Backups support recovery but are not continuous, so the latest changes may not be included. Read more on our security page.
Your records
If you require a copy of your business records, contact WHS One support and we will arrange an export in a practical agreed format. If you stop using WHS One, we will explain the export, retention and deletion process before closing the workspace. Records may remain in backups until the normal backup retention cycle expires.
Service providers and storage
We use service providers for hosting, database services, file storage, backups, email delivery and website analytics. Our primary database and separate file backups are hosted in Sydney, Australia. Supporting services may process information outside Australia.
Website analytics and cookies
This marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Standard web server request information, such as the pages requested and the browser type, may also be recorded by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.
Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, the page you arrived from, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as selecting a demo or app login link. That information is used only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. It is not used to sell your information. Google Analytics sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, which you can block or remove through your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on. Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, the details you provide, such as your name, work email, business name, optional contact details and your description of what you are trying to improve, are used only to respond to your enquiry. The enquiry is delivered to us by email through our transactional email provider, Resend, and a short acknowledgement is sent to the email address you supply. Enquiry details submitted through this website are not stored in a website database.
