WHS One collects the information a business provides in order to configure and operate its safety system, including user account details, workforce and site information, records, documents and uploaded files.

How we use information

Information is used to provide the WHS One service, support customers and maintain the security and reliability of the platform. We do not sell customer information.

Access and security

Each authorised user signs in with an individual account, access is limited by role and each business has its own workspace.

Your records

If you require a copy of your business records, contact WHS One support and we will arrange an export in a practical agreed format. If you stop using WHS One, we will explain the export, retention and deletion process before closing the workspace.

Website analytics and cookies

This marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Standard web server request information, such as the pages requested and the browser type, may also be recorded by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, the page you arrived from, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as selecting a demo or app login link. That information is used only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. It is not used to sell your information. Google Analytics sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, which you can block or remove through your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
