Our story

Built from operational experience, not from a template catalogue.

WHS One comes out of years of operational management in Australian manufacturing and distribution, including the work of preparing a business for ISO 45001. We saw the same pattern repeatedly: capable teams doing the right things, with no system holding it together.

We built the platform we wanted at the time. Practical, ordered and usable by people whose main job is running the business, not administering safety.

  • Access to WHS One is controlled by role, so people see the records their work requires rather than everything by default. We follow least privilege access and careful data handling as standing practice, and we will always tell you plainly what is in place rather than making broad security claims we cannot evidence.
